Building The Hill Country

Greg & Joe Frazier are a father-son team proudly building custom homes across the Texas Hill Country.

Greg is an alumni of Texas Tech University where he played football and majored in architecture.  After starting his drafting career in Wichita Falls, a series of fortunate blessings led him to start his building career in Midland! Greg brings almost 50 years of building experience and expertise.  After completing a portfolio of custom homes, developing neighborhoods, and building a senior living community in Midland, Greg moved to Horseshoe Bay in 2009.  He is deeply rooted in the community building luxury custom homes for residents, new and old.  Greg has a keen eye for design and functionality. He enjoys golfing and honoring his faith at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church.

Joe has been working for his father's construction company since he was a kid.   After wrapping up a baseball career at The University of Arizona, he returned to midland to grow his experience and craftsmanship.  He has a full portfolio of work ranging from luxury custom homes in West Texas to high-end remodels in coastal South Texas.  Joe relocated to Horseshoe Bay in 2018 to start his family. Joe is proudly connected to the community serving on local advisory panels to promote sustainable growth. He is married to a local physician and has two young, active daughters.
